Anthony Folger — CFO & Treasurer at Carbonite

Mr. Anthony Folger has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Carbonite, Inc. since January 2, 2013 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer until October 28, 2014. Prior to Carbonite, Mr. Folger served as the Chief Financial Officer at Acronis, Inc since October 2008, where he played a leadership role in determining financial strategy by directing and overseeing all financial and fiscal management aspects of Acronis??? operations. He served as Corporate Controller of Acronis, Inc., since June 2006. He has nearly a decade of accounting and finance expertise. He joined Acronis from Starent Networks Corp. He held senior management positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers, MarketMax and Deloitte & Touche. While at Deloitte, he participated in global development program living and working in Singapore to assist Asian based companies with U.S. filing and SEC reporting requirements. Mr. Folger holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Accounting from the College of the Holy Cross in Massachusetts and is a Certified Public Accountant.
