What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are honest with you at all times
I appreciate that our leadership team listens to what employees have for ideas an conscerns.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leading. The leadership haven't the slightest clue what goes on in the support centers -- nor do they care. Team Managers are truly amazing.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Ill advised changes decimate the work force and drastically ruin the experience; Home-brewed tools ruin this job. Nothing ever works.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers are a mixed bag. They're either entirely unprepared, or limited in advancement. Customers Dictate 85% of promotions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The coworkers are friendly and will try to relieve the unending stress of the work environment by banding together and helping one another.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
