Mr. Alexander Rosenstein, J.D., has been General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Cardiovascular Systems Inc. since March 2015 and November 2014 respectively. Mr. Rosenstein joined Cardiovascular Systems in September 2014 as corporate legal and compliance counsel. Mr. Rosenstein was an Attorney at Fredrikson & Byron P.A. from October 2005 to September 2014. He was a Shareholder in the securities group at Fredrikson & Byron P.A. Mr. Rosenstein has represented private and public companies and investors in private equity and venture capital financing transactions, stock offerings, debt financings and mergers and acquisitions. He also has experience with a variety of entertainment law matters, including representation of writers, actors, directors and producers in connection with film, television and theatre projects. Prior to joining Fredrikson & Byron, Mr. Rosenstein practiced corporate and entertainment law in New York City. He is admitted to practice in New York since 1999 and also in Minnesota. Mr. Rosenstein received a J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center in 1998; a B.A., cum laude, from the Columbia University in 1994; and also attended Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
