What do you like best about the leadership team?
Help whenever needed always available 24/7
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Staffing. They let people do whatever they want. Or residents get left in urine and feces all day. Our don and administrator doesn't care and won't help us.
Getting rid of the cliques that we have in our building. Getting more staff or at least showing us that they appreciate us with more than a pizza party, they get old. Having repercussions for the lazy people and make them take better care of our residents.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We stick together and lift each other up
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We would be just fine if they actually worked and didn't hide all day and night and if they would change their residents. I feel sorry for our residents they suffer terribly!
They need to leave their attitude at the door, it's bad for business when they act out in front of the residents. They need to be held accountable for their actions.

Everyone is here for the resident

If they asked questions instead of demanded things and if they drug tested everyone.
