What would you improve about your company's interview process?If they asked questions instead of demanded things and if they drug tested everyone.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?We would be just fine if they actually worked and didn't hide all day and night and if they would change their residents. I feel sorry for our residents they suffer terribly!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Staffing. They let people do whatever they want. Or residents get left in urine and feces all day. Our don and administrator doesn't care and won't help us.
