What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They can't. The Cardone company is dead and the scavenger First Brands Group is doing nothing more than picking at the remains.
Being more transparent with the customer.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great benefits and competitive salary
The salary is more than fair for my position, and the benefits saved my life recently.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I had adequate staff instead of having to perform day to day functional tasks.

The shipping issue needs to be corrected. We need to be more up front with our customers
