Communication, the intense development team that invests in creating a clear protocol for each department, offering tuition reimbursement to those who take the initiative to become part of the change for the company and the opportunity for a career within the company. The Climb!

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Projects are not fulfilling, they are mostly pointless with no real purpose or desired outcome. Most work feels like working for the sake of doing something.
