Teamwork environment, fast paced, never boring

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Good business model but lack leadership. many good leaders left the org. The mid-level supervisors has been there for a while and work in monolithic/silo rather collaborative work. Lack of strategy, not so great work culture..

What can this brand most improve?

Pay fair wages to those who work the hardest
