What did you like most about the interview process?

Initial interviews and meeting managers

What makes you most happy at work?

Working from home. I took a 25$ pay cut per hour to do this job bot long ago. The biggest reason is this. Staying home.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

They do give us tools to be successful. I do think retraining is being overlooked. I feel that for the most part they want nurses happy amd think they are doing all they can. (They arent but non nusing management doesnt understand)

What are some of the best things about your team?

Direct managers are the beat thing about our job. DON is awesome and caring. And cares about her nurses. The suits in corporate who dont understand seem to make all the ridiculous rules. The Nurses and care coordinators are almost always pleasant and fun to work with!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

All nurses need 15-20% raise asap. This is a very stressful jib and nurses need more than 2-3 weeks off a year. We are timed during all calls. Have a lot of clients to keep up with and the amount of stress is not compensated well. All staff no matter the hours, should earn PTO at high amounts
