Pay is low for the amoint of atress and burnout. Pto is terrible for a nurse. Nurses are used to much more time off to help orevent burnout even fir oart time employees. PTO is almost almost always denied and you dont know until tue schedule comes out, no way to make plans. As of 2/2022 pay is low.
