Upper leadership takes into account what PSRs say to make Job Aids easier to follow and understand
transparent, open and very positive
Very approachable with an open-door policy. No one seems too important or too busy to engage with the front-line workers and they are truly concerned with our opinions. There are weekly employee surveys and the executives actually TAKE the feedback we provide and address issues.

What are some of the best things about your team?
They communicate well with each other.
Everyone is willing to lend a hand. People are professional, friendly, and competent. We all work hard to provide exceptional service to our callers on every call!
Direct managers are the beat thing about our job. DON is awesome and caring. And cares about her nurses. The suits in corporate who dont understand seem to make all the ridiculous rules. The Nurses and care coordinators are almost always pleasant and fun to work with!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
teamwork, communication and interaction among coworkers
My opinions matter - to my manager, to my directors, and even to our executive team. I am heard! And what I do everyday matters. I work hard to make a difference in the callers' health and their lives, and I do!
They do give us tools to be successful. I do think retraining is being overlooked. I feel that for the most part they want nurses happy amd think they are doing all they can. (They arent but non nusing management doesnt understand)

What makes you most happy at work?
Assisting the patients and making it easier for them to get care
knowing that I'm making a difference in peoples' lives.
Working from home. I took a 25$ pay cut per hour to do this job bot long ago. The biggest reason is this. Staying home.
Helping others and ensuring that the staff gets the assistance needed
