What is the best part about your compensation package?

Not the bonus, if I've gotten a bonus I didn't notice. The best part is having the Health benefit with HSA

Everythjng honestly we have winderful benefits

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I got paid the least in the company while new hires were making almost $30, I made $15. That's not right at all.

Base pay on skill set instead of a calculated value that caps off at 120 months of experience. Anyone over 30 has had way more than 120 months of any kind of experience.
