What are some of the best things about your team?My co workers were amazing! They constantly check on others when we know someone is sick or just having a hard time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?To keep things moving having suffcient staff
What is the best part about your compensation package?Not the bonus, if I've gotten a bonus I didn't notice. The best part is having the Health benefit with HSA
What would you improve about your company's interview process?It was great! I had a different manager at the time. I asked questions and she answered them, she asked questions and I answered them. I got a tour and was told to reach out if I had any other questions
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Everything needs to change. Overworked staff who can't get their hours in.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I got paid the least in the company while new hires were making almost $30, I made $15. That's not right at all.
