- What are some of the best things about your team?My co workers were amazing! They constantly check on others when we know someone is sick or just having a hard time.
- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?To keep things moving having suffcient staff
- What is the best part about your compensation package?Not the bonus, if I've gotten a bonus I didn't notice. The best part is having the Health benefit with HSA

- What would you improve about your company's interview process?It was great! I had a different manager at the time. I asked questions and she answered them, she asked questions and I answered them. I got a tour and was told to reach out if I had any other questions
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Everything needs to change. Overworked staff who can't get their hours in.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I got paid the least in the company while new hires were making almost $30, I made $15. That's not right at all.
