What do you like best about the leadership team?
Theyvare responsive but generally limited as to helping to get things done for you as an employee.
They are very inviting and make me feel like apart of the team

They need to get better at everything!

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Not the bonus, if I've gotten a bonus I didn't notice. The best part is having the Health benefit with HSA
Everythjng honestly we have winderful benefits
Medications are free if generic.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I got paid the least in the company while new hires were making almost $30, I made $15. That's not right at all.
Base pay on skill set instead of a calculated value that caps off at 120 months of experience. Anyone over 30 has had way more than 120 months of any kind of experience.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My co workers were amazing! They constantly check on others when we know someone is sick or just having a hard time.
Because you spend so much time together you become like family
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Do things efficiently to help things move along. Stop taking vitals on paper then transferring to computer and just put them in the computer
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
To keep things moving having suffcient staff

Positivity, communication, teaching not belittling, compassion, empathy, patience

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
It was great! I had a different manager at the time. I asked questions and she answered them, she asked questions and I answered them. I got a tour and was told to reach out if I had any other questions
What makes you most happy at work?
My team is the best at what they do
The patients, staff and some of the providers
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everything needs to change. Overworked staff who can't get their hours in.
