I got paid the least in the company while new hires were making almost $30, I made $15. That's not right at all.
Base pay on skill set instead of a calculated value that caps off at 120 months of experience. Anyone over 30 has had way more than 120 months of any kind of experience.
My co workers were amazing! They constantly check on others when we know someone is sick or just having a hard time.
Because you spend so much time together you become like family
Do things efficiently to help things move along. Stop taking vitals on paper then transferring to computer and just put them in the computer

It was great! I had a different manager at the time. I asked questions and she answered them, she asked questions and I answered them. I got a tour and was told to reach out if I had any other questions
