Staff is caring but burnt out at times. Poor staffing that is accepted by upper management and no concern for safe complete visits. One provider is not safe seeing more than 4 people an hour with limited ancillary staff.

Staff working together and struggling together makes you want to show up for them.

They are all caring and compassionate but you are going to lose them to burn out
What do you like best about the leadership team?
hard to say. Bea is good, Center manager is good but above Bea seems only to care low cost not realizing they are loosing money with walk outs.
