Nothing. I feel like at this point it is if you can breath you can work here.
Constant leadership changes and layoffs. Endless pointless meetings and everyone works multiple roles as every team is understaffed. No potential for vertical growth. Absolutely no innovation in the last 15 years. The ONLY saving grace is remote work.
Pay is not where it should be, overworked and under paid.
Carestream Dental creates an exciting and fun work environment. They promote a work-life balance and provide honest feedback and growth opportunities.
