Constant leadership changes and layoffs. Endless pointless meetings and everyone works multiple roles as every team is understaffed. No potential for vertical growth. Absolutely no innovation in the last 15 years. The ONLY saving grace is remote work.

Pay is not where it should be, overworked and under paid.

The leadership team is in tune with the market and provides good direction toward growth.

They really try hard to add exciting features & new products each year to keep the software fresh & new.

Leadership has no clue what they are doing or how to run a functional organization. There is SO much dead weight at the top. I don't know a single person at the company who isn't looking for new work.

Getting to work from home to have a better home/work life and the amount of PTO we receive.

No raises at a failing company. That means no one is motivated.

MRR that is impossible to hit.

Collaboration when you get to do it. Most of them always have your back which is the best.

We work well together and make sure no one is left on their own.

Great work ethic & everyone is always eager to help out & learn new things.

We all work together towards common goals.

Most employees are remote so you dont get to interact directly with anybody however we all communicate effectively through things like Skype. Always contests and catered food for employees that are based at corporate.

Nothing. I feel like at this point it is if you can breath you can work here.

The interview was an honest look into working with the company.

Teaching new clients products and watching them to excited about implementing these features into their practice.
