Good company to work for but Little to no advancement oppertunity.

Started with a very positive outlook, but reality set in a few weeks later. Felt conned. Lots of opportunity for positive change if leadership can get on board and stop pulling (and touting) the same levers that don't work.

They don't act better than an employee, every one is treated fair and with respect

The team requires you to dive in on your own but are more than willing to give guidance when needed.

Promoting a culture of accountability and reinforcing effective leadership at all levels; understanding the worker experience (the culture may seem the same as it was back in the day, but it has suffered under inept management).

Hourly pay is above average. Health Benefits are so so. Options to purchase stocks.

Have any kind of control or insight into Raises and how to achieve them.

Competitive compensation and better benefits would help... most important would be adding a human element to benefits and policies instead of rigidly maintaining outdated practices for the sake of tradition (example = work from home policy).

We all get along, and help one another

There are good and capable people here, they just need to be empowered and supported by effective leaders.
