Pretty much everything! 4 major breaches 4 years straight should sum that up. The security leadership team needs an overhaul, and the board needs to open up their eyes!

Lack of incentive based remuneration
Carnival reaps a very nice revenue stream on a yearly basis since it owns 50% share of the cruise line market, but the majority of the employees never see that.
Part time employees should have a way to benefits even if it is not the same as full time employees
They only care about money and not employees since they started outsourcing jobs. Not to mention they skirt around us labor laws by registering the ships in other countries.
Stop favoritism, turn over is HORRIFIC! Who wants to talk to a customer that has been on hold for 4 hours and transferred 3 times. ANGRY they are ANGRY, and I don't blame them.

Meetings are all talk, no work can get accomplished during this time..it is all talk
Leadership and upper management needs to change, hands down. In addition, many of the departments (security specifically), don't have a career growth path in place at all!

Upper management needs to get their heads out of the clouds and pay attention to the small people that work there. Those small people are the ones doing all the work.
