What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Upper management needs to get their heads out of the clouds and pay attention to the small people that work there. Those small people are the ones doing all the work.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Stop favoritism, turn over is HORRIFIC! Who wants to talk to a customer that has been on hold for 4 hours and transferred 3 times. ANGRY they are ANGRY, and I don't blame them.
