The management team needs to be more positive, have better training opportunities, and be loyal to department.
stop the nepotism and brown nosing.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fair base salary, and option to deferred compensation.
Deferred income benefit is a nice benefit
Good bonus, and competitive base salary.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Carrier does not care about employees. Use them and loose them.

Diversity, a great mixture of backgrounds.
Comassion and thoughtfulness loving and caring
Talented and diverse team, many different backgrounds and drive to do things better.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Leave the company as quick as possible.
They need to hire better talent

Broad range of interviewers was good
Simple and quick, but had the chance to Interview with variety of senior leaders
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Communication. Make decisions quickly. Took over 6 mos after interview until I was hired.
They hire people who look and sound like them. Talent is secondary. Discriminatory hiring process.
What makes you most happy at work?
Coworkers and the work itself
Having the opportunity to improve existing processess and tools, as well as helping other team membera to develop.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Carrier cannot compete. Makes cheap products with out regard to the customer.
