Learn how to actually manage a team of people hold those accountable who make mistakes on the executive team and on the engineering side of things. Give your employees a livable wage don't ask for them to spend more time for the company than they do their own families.

Get rid of the CEO. Old engineering accountable for their mistakes just as we're held accountable for ours on the shop floor.
