It depends on which division of Cascade. There is Cascade Drilling, which is much more organized and functioning in both its overall operations and promotional structure. The Cascade Technical Services side still has a ton of growing pains. They are beginning integrations of all of the various technologies and former companies, and with those integrations are changes to the overall operational structure. They are attempting to get better at internal promotional opportunities, but at the moment any sort of vehicle for up-ward growth within the organization is lacking tremendously.
