What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are making honest efforts to improve, but it is probably too little too late for a number of their best employees that have one foot out the door.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Terrible Compensation packages. Below average salaries, with an offensive 1% Matching 401k even for people in Directorial and Leadership Roles, terrible PTO off, horrendous health and dental packages, no bonus structure. Really quite terrible.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The benefits package is ok, but not great. There are only 7 holidays and pay raises are few and far between. Employees can go years without and increase.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work with some talented, hard-working individuals, that truly represent the best the industry has to offer.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
No one knows what other people do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It can be flexible sometimes.
Fast pace environment, with a structure promoting highly collaborative work.

They need to fire the executive group and start all over.
