What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is highly approachable, willing to listen, and appreciative of our work and commitment. I love that I do not feel intimidated when approaching any of our executives and how willing they are to collaborate, congratulate, and chat with anyone in the company.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
What I appreciate most about my compensation package is having Unlimted Paid Time Off. Whether I have a vacation planned or just need a mental health day, I always feel comfortable requesting time off when needed and not having to worry about running out of days.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is incredibly kind, supportive, and willing to help when needed. We are able to collaborate together very well and I appreciate that we are always on the lookout to find ways to make collaborating even smoother.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The flexibility and listening built into our culture really create a comfortable environment and set a positive tone at work. If I need more time on a deadline or need a day to decompress, my colleagues are super understanding and willing to do what they can to help if needed.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A better sense of being part of a team would be nice.
