- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The flexibility and listening built into our culture really create a comfortable environment and set a positive tone at work. If I need more time on a deadline or need a day to decompress, my colleagues are super understanding and willing to do what they can to help if needed.
- What are some of the best things about your team?My team is incredibly kind, supportive, and willing to help when needed. We are able to collaborate together very well and I appreciate that we are always on the lookout to find ways to make collaborating even smoother.
- What is the best part about your compensation package?What I appreciate most about my compensation package is having Unlimted Paid Time Off. Whether I have a vacation planned or just need a mental health day, I always feel comfortable requesting time off when needed and not having to worry about running out of days.
