What is the best part about your compensation package?

Salary and commission structure along with a generous PTO package.

Fair package for my role. And the benefit program has been enhanced each year I have been here.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Lacks a maternity leave policy. They only do short term disability. As a fast-paced, modern tech & healthcare company I would have expected better benefits for new moms.

I think our benefit package could be better. As a healthcare company, I was surprised that we didn't have better insurance premiums. I also think the 401k contribution is fairly low.
