What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Coworkers and clients were the most positive. Management did nothing.
What makes you most happy at work?Interacting with my coworkers, and knowing that at the end of the day we are making a difference in improving people's health.
What are some of the best things about your team?We all get along really well. We genuinely care about each other's lives and are able to have conversations about both work and our personal lives. I also like that we're collaborative and work together to achieve a common goal.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?New executive in office employee that is considerate of other not only their friends
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Lacks a maternity leave policy. They only do short term disability. As a fast-paced, modern tech & healthcare company I would have expected better benefits for new moms.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I think our benefit package could be better. As a healthcare company, I was surprised that we didn't have better insurance premiums. I also think the 401k contribution is fairly low.
