I like that the leadership team meets with us directly on a regular basis and welcomes our ideas, questions, and feedback.

Catapult Health's leadership team is innovative. They instill confidence in their people about the future of the organization. They are also very transparent and inclusive. Lastly, they delegate and never micro-manage.

Salary and commission structure along with a generous PTO package.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We all get along really well. We genuinely care about each other's lives and are able to have conversations about both work and our personal lives. I also like that we're collaborative and work together to achieve a common goal.
We have a diverse team that works well together. We are all managers of our own time and responsibilities. Everyone contributes!
We all collaborate well and enjoy hanging out at work and outside of work. It's fun when your coworkers can be your friends, too.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Coworkers and clients were the most positive. Management did nothing.
Our number one core value is "Do What is Right" and I truly believe everyone lives by it - this is refreshing.
The people are super friendly and we have fun events at work all the time for team building

What did you like most about the interview process?
I had to present Catapult Health based on the research I did myself. This helped me learn a lot about the organization and it also gave me the ability to show my skills.
I liked meeting the people I would be working for and working with on a daily basis.
What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with my coworkers, and knowing that at the end of the day we are making a difference in improving people's health.
