This company doesn't care about clients. Employees or following proper health standards with their rampant blood cross contaminate by using used devices on multiple clients. They need to be investigated
Lacks a maternity leave policy. They only do short term disability. As a fast-paced, modern tech & healthcare company I would have expected better benefits for new moms.
Overall, my experience at Catapult has been great. The CEO and executive team are constantly working to innovate and improve our service and product offerings. They also value work/life balance and have listened to employees' feedback and adjusted the work-from-home policy accordingly.
