Mr. Bradley M. He served as Vice President of Finance Services Division at Caterpillar Inc., until January 1, 2013 (for two years). In this role, he was responsible for Corporate Accounting, Corporate Treasury, Global Tax & Trade, Global Revenue Management and Enterprise Cost & Business Analysis. He served as a Vice President of Finance & Accounting at Caterpillar Inc., from June 1, 2010 to January 1, 2013. He served as Director of Corporate Financial Reporting and Chief Accounting Officer at Caterpillar Inc. He also served as Business Resource Manager of Large Engine Products & Fuel Systems Division and Large Power Systems Division of Caterpillar Inc. since 2001. He served as Business Resource Manager, Performance Engines Products Division of Caterpillar Inc. from 1998 to 2001. He served as Corporate Business Development Manager, Corporate Services Division at Caterpillar Inc. from 2002 to 2004 and also served as its Controller from December 2004 to 2010. Mr. Halverson joined Caterpillar as an Accountant in 1988. Prior to Caterpillar, he gained five years of auditing and tax experience with Price Waterhouse and a year of financial reporting experience with Rolscreen Company. During Halverson's nearly 30-year career with Caterpillar, together with his prior service with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, he has developed deep expertise in accounting, financial reporting and corporate finance, along with leadership experience in the areas of executive management, corporate strategy development, mergers & acquisitions, risk management, information technology systems oversight and international business. In Caterpillar Corporate Accounting, he served in several budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis assignments. In 1993, he moved to Geneva, Switzerland, as a strategy and planning consultant with Caterpillar Overseas S.A. He went on to become controller in Europe, was responsible for Caterpillar's financial reporting in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Mr. Halverson returned to the U.S. in 1996 to manage general accounting and financial systems. From 1998 to 2002, he provided financial leadership as a Business Resources Manager in Caterpillar's Engine Division and served as Director of Corporate Business Development until December 2004. He serves as a Director of Caterpillar Financial Services Corporation. He has been an Independent Director of Sysco Corporation since September 19, 2016. He serves on the OSF St. Francis Medical Center Community Advisory and is a member of the Illinois Easter Seals Affiliate Board. He is a member of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Board. He also serves on the Dean's Business Council for the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign College of Business. He is the Immediate Past Chairman of the Easter Seals of Central IllinoisBoard of Trustees, and he is the current Treasurer of the Easter Seals Foundation Board of Trustees. In addition, he is the Chairman of the Illinois High School Association State Basketball Tournament Steering Committee. He is also a member of the Department of Accounting Advisory Council for the University of Texas at Austin and is the Chairman of the IHSA State Basketball Tournament Steering Committee. He is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountant's. Mr. Halverson graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting in 1982 and an Executive MBA in 1996, both from the University of Illinois.
