Mr. Bluth served as Vice President of Earthmoving Division at Caterpillar Inc. from 2009 to April 1, 2013. He served as a Vice President of Asia Pacific Manufacturing Operations of Caterpillar Inc. from December 1, 2007 to 2009. He served as an Industry Manager in the Latin America Commercial Division, District Manager in the North America Commercial Division (NACD), worldwide medium wheel loader Product Manager and President and Managing Director of Caterpillar France. He served as Vice President of Asia Pacific at Solar Turbines Incorporated. Mr. Bluth joined Caterpillar's Legal Services Division in 1995 from private legal practice in Washington D.C. Prior to moving to his current position, he was worldwide medium Wheel Loader Product Manager. Mr. Bluth graduated from Iowa State University in 1989 with a B.S. degree in electrical engineering, Northwestern University in 1992 with a law degree and the University of Chicago in 1997 with an MBA.
