What is the best part about your compensation package?
Healthcare plan is really great and we get plenty of vacation time and sick time.

Used to be a very good company to work for
If they were to actually listen to us
I would like to be compensated for the amount of time and extra i put into my work. People higher up make more for doing less.
If I was paid what I am worth. If I was looked at as an experienced individual, as an asset, not valued by what their decisions bring.

The benefits can be a little better. They make you feel undervalued. You don't get enough time off and the medical and dental are too expensive with high copays.
It pays very little compared to other non profits
