The team is very supportive and help is always provided when needed. They are very flexible with your needs. They make you feel like you are part of a team.
Mostly a cohesive team with one person who is difficult to work with.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Provide proper training and clear vision about the job, and recognize the worker's saily hard work. Be professional at work and refrain from false accusations.
Catholic Charities strives to take care of people in need, but often times they forget about the people doing the groundwork. Directors and camp managers are making the most of what they can with budgets provided, but its not wnough to provide fair compensation to commited workers.
Actually listening to the workers
Communication. They do not listen to support staff. They do not loop in those under them.
Not focusing on issues that don't matter. They need to look at what is affecting the people we work for & realize they're the ones who matter, not themselves.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Healthcare plan is really great and we get plenty of vacation time and sick time.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Used to be a very good company to work for
If they were to actually listen to us
I would like to be compensated for the amount of time and extra i put into my work. People higher up make more for doing less.
If I was paid what I am worth. If I was looked at as an experienced individual, as an asset, not valued by what their decisions bring.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team have good work ethics and are team players.
Everyone who works there is passionate about what they're doing, and they believe in the message of spreading love and knowledge. Reguardles of the long hours and non-fair compensation, everyone in the team, including management does everything to make things work.
No meetings because of Covid
