We get along very well and always offer eachother help and support when needed.

Being able to work with great people and knowing I am making a difference.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The benefits can be a little better. They make you feel undervalued. You don't get enough time off and the medical and dental are too expensive with high copays.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The team is very supportive and help is always provided when needed. They are very flexible with your needs. They make you feel like you are part of a team.
