Catholic Health Initiatives Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The pension that Catholic Health provides to their employees

I don’t know I’m looking for a job right now…..what’s up this all there’s qu

The health insurance and 401k are fantastic! Great matching amounts from CHI into my 401k!

Review from Customer Support Dept

The best part is it meets my needs.

Review from Admin Dept

Employer matches a percentage of 401 k money invested

Review from Operations Dept

Fair in comparison to similar companies

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Would love to get a pay increase. We are always working short. The fees for our medical plans keep going up. Everything goes up and our cost of living raise, ( if we get it) just barely covers it.

To have our work load reduced and to stop having additional tasks added on to our workload without pay or to have at least adjusted pay for annual inflation.

Im underpaid compared to literally everyone i know that does an equivalent job and most of them are a level under me. We have l3 engineers that make 80k, and currently if you get promoted they try to only give you a 4% raise.. When i started there 15% was normal for a promotion. No RSUs or Option

Being in the health field and have the worst medical benefits offered is ridiculous

Review from Customer Support Dept

I should be paid the same as people doing the same job regardless of years of experience. We are going the SAME job.

If we got paid more based on experienced instead of just across the board raises for everyone.

Review from Customer Support Dept

better compensation for the degree of required efforts by company

Better health benefits; better retirement options

Review from Operations Dept

Pay. If a diff company would buy out CHI.
