Work as hospital medicine nocturnist. Have been with the company for 5 years and worked through the pandemic. Staffing and hospital functionality has continued to decline. Have been paid the same amount for 4 years despite doing twice the work and annual inflation.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Increased staffing. Increased pay. Increased communication and meaningful action to promote a positive environment and meaningful work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To have our work load reduced and to stop having additional tasks added on to our workload without pay or to have at least adjusted pay for annual inflation.
