Have worked there for 27 years. Has changed alot. Everyone was a family when I started. Much different now.. more of a buisness now. I still love what I do and love where i work.

When there is an emergency everyone pulls together and helps each other out.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I can rely on my coworkers and manager to help out if needed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Would love to get a pay increase. We are always working short. The fees for our medical plans keep going up. Everything goes up and our cost of living raise, ( if we get it) just barely covers it.
