What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

To be more involved with staff , help when needed and get employees to do at least one their job title requires promote team work across all departments and arrange to let someone get trained in different areas

Review from Operations Dept

I couldn't tell you who are CEO is. Ive never seen him.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Just about everything across the board. Very passive aggressive, to deceptive they are also very much quick to fall behind company ethics which none of them follow.

Remember that we learn from example; asking the little people to work harder for less while your bonuses increase is not appropriate.

Employee satisfaction

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

Would love to get a pay increase. We are always working short. The fees for our medical plans keep going up. Everything goes up and our cost of living raise, ( if we get it) just barely covers it.

To have our work load reduced and to stop having additional tasks added on to our workload without pay or to have at least adjusted pay for annual inflation.

Im underpaid compared to literally everyone i know that does an equivalent job and most of them are a level under me. We have l3 engineers that make 80k, and currently if you get promoted they try to only give you a 4% raise.. When i started there 15% was normal for a promotion. No RSUs or Option

Being in the health field and have the worst medical benefits offered is ridiculous

Review from Customer Support Dept

I should be paid the same as people doing the same job regardless of years of experience. We are going the SAME job.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team Reviews

What their job requires and team work

Review from Operations Dept

Nothing. Meetings just have too much "fluff."

My coworkers are amazing and we work well together.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Very shy due to the lack of leadership and random outcomes by supervisors.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Environment Reviews

Administrative involvment, communication, perspective, fair pay.

Increased staffing. Increased pay. Increased communication and meaningful action to promote a positive environment and meaningful work.

Incentives, management involvement, team work, quality care instead of numbers and practice the first part of our name if you are promoting a religion then you need to back that up in everyday operations with your employees and your clients

Review from Operations Dept

Company is horrible in general, no plans which are attainable. Waste money and follow leadership which really doesn't have a clue.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

It is all about how many patients you can admit discharge each day, not taking care of the patient or staff, putting us on reserve for two dollars an hour , which you have to use your PTO to get a full check, CNAS NOT DOING THE BASIC THINGS.Not getting a lunch, charge nurse won’t answer a call light

Review from Operations Dept

Too many cost-cutting initiatives which results in short-staff and lower quality of care.

Company is over spending in technology which at best will provide mediocre results.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?
