My Director is awesome and our CISO is great, but we have had three people in both roles in the last 12 months so it is hard to be efficient when priorities are constantly changing. Other managers and directors in the tower tange from good to terrible so getting on the right team is crucial.
The team at CHI works with a great deal of cohesion and always thinks of ways to better serve their employees and communities!

Management listens to my ideas and supports trying new ways of doing things, they ask us for input and for the most part act on it. Management constantly asks me if i need any tools and supports me expiramenting on long shot ideas accepting that some will not work out
