Not being able to have a work life balance is not worth what they pay.

Family feeling and fun within our group in spite of the management.

We were not allowed to communicate with each other per our manager

More structure, experience and communication. Recognition with employees that have great work ethic and action with those that do not have a work ethic.

Some colleagues are difficult being around to work with. Negativity and poor attitude can be contagious and toxic
