The mission of Community Bankers of Iowa is to promote public endorsement of independent banking and to support and secure an environment that is favorable to independent ownership and local control of Iowa banks through. Effectively promoting and protecting the interest of member banks; Providing high quality services and products to enhance member profits; Effective lobbying for favorable legislative and regulatory environments; Educating the public about the importance of independent banking to the social and economic well-being of the state and its residents
