Retiring and making space for more diversity where it really counts, at the top!

Fixed pension benefits. A rarity these days.

Everyone one has an agenda. Too many irrelevant topics. Meetings generally exceed 6 hours.

It depend of the person making the interview. I have one who was hell and another one who run pretty smoothly.

Not allow questions about religion. They asked me if I was Christian and if I was Pro Life.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Entitlement culture is strongly rooted and the senior executives see the culture as normal. They are detached from the average person whose taxes help fund us.
