Understanding the business. Everyone going in their own direction.

Generous paid absence. I generally take 30-30 sick days each year.

Everyone one has an agenda. Too many irrelevant topics. Meetings generally exceed 6 hours.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Not allow questions about religion. They asked me if I was Christian and if I was Pro Life.
