What do you like best about the leadership team?
Not a thing. Expected us to be mind readers. When things didnt work, we were blamed. Upper management never took responsibility.

Leadership is accessible no matter where you are in the organization. They listen and are responsive. They do want to hear from employees and seem to value the opinion of the employees.
Honest / caring / smart / ethical
The leadership is open to new ideas and consistently striving to be best in class
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
All aspects of business and professionalism.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health insurance was good at the very least

Base and bonus comp is above average
Paid time off, parental leave
Referral program to be paid on referrals within the Company
Employee benefits and 401k is awesome!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Their leaders are not supportive and under pay for the position.

Fun / smart / dedicated / the best!
Conversations they are nice people
We genuinely enjoy each others presence & are comfortable enough to push each other when needed

Were always trying to get better

What did you like most about the interview process?
We are honest with candidates
Being able to interact comfortably with my recruiter (who was soon to be my boss). We got along really well from the start so the interview was less intimidating & more personal
