Increased comp to reflect market, better vesting timeline, larger grants, better benefits

Did insane amount of work for barley any pay. I would have not mind if the environment was so toxic.

They don't level compensation of people based on role, expertise and experience. If you were not tough negotiator during joining you will be exploited until you resign.
