They are supportive and patient

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication, change management, accountability for toxic managers, creating a culture of mentorship, caring about people, managing/ leading
Anger management. Not yelling at the crew when things get stressful. Also got spoken doen too alot
Listening and caring about your staff instead of the $$ they can make you.
Professionalism and Meritocracy. Value your employees and distribute opportunity fairly.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
All of It, Benefits, Salary and Commission (Sales)
It is fair. Benefits are excellent.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Increased comp to reflect market, better vesting timeline, larger grants, better benefits
Did insane amount of work for barley any pay. I would have not mind if the environment was so toxic.
They don't level compensation of people based on role, expertise and experience. If you were not tough negotiator during joining you will be exploited until you resign.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We drive towards our common goals together - and if one needs help or guidance, everyone seem willing to "leave their lane" to assist.
There are breakdowns in organization structure. You don't feel like a you belongs to any team.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers should find a viable company to work for. There are better companies.
Accountability and level of talent
People who worked there longer felt like they were better than you and this attitude went across everything
They just need to communicate more
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is always content and happy
I am impressed with the commitment to Diversity.
Forward Thinking, Employee Friendly and suppurative. Very customer centric. It's why I'm here - because it is truly a culture - not just a job.

They do many programs involving the employees
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Treat everyone equally and fair
Accountability and measurement of value add, output by an employee by team etc.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Though I had to go through numerous rounds, it was virtual.
They provide you with the details about the position and ask direct questions about you expect and how you can contribute.

Hire management layer with integrity, technology competencies and professionalism. No integrity no way it can improve.
