Did insane amount of work for barley any pay. I would have not mind if the environment was so toxic.
They don't level compensation of people based on role, expertise and experience. If you were not tough negotiator during joining you will be exploited until you resign.
We drive towards our common goals together - and if one needs help or guidance, everyone seem willing to "leave their lane" to assist.
There are breakdowns in organization structure. You don't feel like a you belongs to any team.
Coworkers should find a viable company to work for. There are better companies.
