Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Truthful contract bargaining and not the situation we are in now where we ratified a new contract (after being out of contract for almost 3 yrs) only to find that our program was being overhauled less than 2 weeks later, resulting in reduced hours and therefore pay.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Caring, compassionate coworkers who have the same values and goals as mine
