What is the best part about your compensation package?
Equity is what makes you stay. Pay and benefits are reasonable but are fast improving as we grow.
Celonis offers market pay as well as continuous learning and development stipends to make sure we're always growing professionally and personally.

Social, hardworking, collaborative, they actually come into the office

I love the spirit of my colleagues, everyone is willing to go the extra mile if we have to. We have a lot of fun at work, too. It's the perfect mix between a professional but also fun environment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
alot of socials, alot of entire company meetings, quarterly parties, sports socials
If you are based in any EMEA office, it is apparently a good place to work.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The presentation of the challenge gives you a chance to shine - its better than generic questions

That it was very fast and flexible and the interview partners were friendly and authentic.
Process was a little long, but had meaningful discussions
That the TA team always kept me up to date and guided me through the process. Everyone was super kind and the conversations were super interesting. I liked most to learn about the storys of each individual I met.
