Celonis benefits support Celonauts' well-being and promote long-term growth. Our industry-leading parental policy includes 24 weeks of paid leave for main carers and 12 weeks for supporting carers. Our hybrid office policy allows for remote work (typically 2 days per week) while maintaining vibrant office hubs for collaboration. In order to ensure Celonis employees also grow financially, every full-time employee is granted Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) from Day 1. This empowers Celonauts to embrace the “we own it” company value, and adopt a founder’s mentality, ensuring everyone shares in our collective success.
